The Angels Cry

The angels cry
Wait a moment and hear that sound
I'm not sure what can be but it saddens me.
I am silent hearing voices in my head
Saying that the evil was sown and harvested.

Through the walls of the temple, i can see them fluttering in the wind
Their wings beat so strong that it deafened me.
They rose slowly through the air curtains with eyes downcast
As they flew i could hear them crying.

They said that everything that happens is consequences
The mistakes we make without even realizing it, day after day.
Rivers are flowing and flooding the land
And an unbearable heat we face.

In a war that never ends;
Bodies lying on the ground and blood oozing.
Loved ones die at the hands of man
The world is no longer the same, was chaos.

God, forgive all our sins.
We are slowly killing the earth.
The fruits are reaping what we sow today
