Getting Back

It's 7 a.m.
I'm trying to find a good reason to get out of my bed
And face the world again

I don't understand
Why do i have to work for peanuts without any complains
And always refrain from starting a revolution

As i walk the streets i can't shake the feeling that i'm losing my time
My life is on the edge and i just can't find a way to get back

There's plenty to be said
That's what i thought as soon as i opened my eyes still in bed
Today i'm gonna change

Today i'll try to break the chains
That make me live like a slave in this circle of pain
And this equation will be forever changed.
